  1. Start at the nice peaceful meadow (40.348277, -111.668653) at the intersection of Dry Canyon Trail Nr. 049 and Curly Springs Trail Nr. 051. To get there, hike up from the Dry Canyon parking lot (40.341852, -111.676734) about .7 miles. Bring some camping chairs, a hammock, whatever you need to fool yourself into thinking you’re just out for a nice leisurely day.
  2. Toe the line and go up the Dry Canyon Trail Nr. 049 appx. .2 miles to GPS coordinate 40.350419, -111.664943 where the SW Baldy Ridge trail cuts off to the left.
  3. CLIMB for 1 mile to the false summit at GPS coordinates 40.362982, -111.667287.
  4. Continue to the northeast another .3 miles to the true summit at GPS coordinate 40.365978, -111.666498.
  5. Turn around, go back the way you came.
  6. Repeat.
  7. NOTE – there are a couple strava segments going up the ridge, but they end at the false summit. Make sure you go up to full way.
