Rules for The Professor’s Trail and Ultra Running Courses<\/a><\/span><\/span>

  1. Go to the Facebook page<\/a><\/em><\/span> to get info, ask questions, plan with others, find crews or pacers<\/li>\n
  2. Run the Course<\/li>\n
  3. Provide us with a link to a public website where you have uploaded your gps data with the full map, split times, etc\u2026(strava, mapmyrun, movescount, etc\u2026) so we can verify you did it, record and include it in your page in the hall of fame.<\/li>\n
  4. Write us a race report to link to in the hall of fame and send us any selfies taken at the locations designated in the course directions.<\/li>\n
  5. Use the Contact Form<\/a> to send me the info to post in the leader boards, etc.<\/li>\n
  6. Check out the other courses to conquer<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Start at Dry Canyon parking lot (40.341852, -111.676734).<\/li>\n
    2. Go up Dry Canyon Trail Nr. 049 about .9 miles to GPS coordinate 40.350419, -111.664943 where the SW Baldy Ridge trail cuts off to the left.<\/li>\n
    3. CLIMB for 1 mile to the false summit <\/em><\/strong>at GPS coordinates 40.362982, -111.667287.<\/li>\n
    4. Continue to the northeast another .3 miles to the true summit<\/strong><\/em> at GPS coordinate 40.365978, -111.666498.<\/li>\n
    5. Sit down. Pass out. Take your time getting back to the parking lot.<\/li>\n
    6. NOTE – there are a couple strava segments going up the ridge, but they end at the false summit. Make sure you go up to full way.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
