I wanted to get up to Squamish or Girabaldi, but time wouldn&#8217;t allow it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">First, I ran the seawall around Stanley Park. Pavement, but gorgeous. I am really like my new Altra Escalante shoes for the pavement. It was amazing to breath in familiar smells from my PacNW upbringing &#8211; salt water, kelp, skunk cabbage, evergreens, etc. Amazing evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<!-- iframe plugin v.6.0 wordpress.org\/plugins\/iframe\/ -->\n<iframe height=\"405\" width=\"590\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/1048288811\/embed\/2f9b09a2244c22e22fd4b344662676cbfac4425a\" class=\"iframe-class\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Before leaving, I even got a little dirt in &#8211; some trails with a friend in Pacific Pride Park.
