Work took me down to the Swell, so I kidnapped the kids and brought them along for an afternoon at Goblin Valley State Park.
Big Baldy Loop
Up the SW ridge, down Dry Canyon. Big Baldy is still as steep and gorgeous as ever. I think the downhill hurts more than the climb though.

Provo River Parkway 50k
The Provo River Parkway Trail is exactly 25k long – Utah Lake to Vivian Park. That seemed predestined to be run as an out-and-back 50k. This is the longest pavement run I’ve ever done. Ouch.
